Russian blue chips

Moscow Exchange (袨袗袨 袦芯褋泻芯胁褋泻邪褟 袘懈褉卸邪) is the largest exchange group in Russia. Apart from trading equities and money markets, MOEX also operates Russia鈥檚聽Central Securities Depository and the country鈥檚聽largest clearing service provider. The stock exchange was funded in 2011.聽MOEX operates trading markets in equities, bonds, derivatives, FX, money markets and precious metals.

The CEO of Moscow Exchange is Alexander Afanasiev.

Moscow Exchange Blue Chip Index (ticker: RTSSTD)

Blue Chip Index is an indicator of the market of the most liquid stocks of Russian companies. The index was launched on April 23, 2009聽with a base level of 6,285.76.聽MOEX Blue Chip index is calculated on the basis of the stocks of the 15聽most liquid and capitalized issues of Russian stock market. The value is denominated in rubles.

MICEX 10聽Index

MICEX 10聽Index is an unweighted price index that constitues of the ten most liquid Russian stocks. All of them have to be listed on MICEX-RTS.
